Manage mindsets and Breathe AIR as you practice Sharing intent, Owning impact, Affirming alignment, and Restoring relationships using the SOAR framework.
Assess the current state and prioritize action steps using SOAR Polarity Assessments.
Deploy best practices to build a SOAR culture.

SOAR Foundations Course Design

This is a six-module, 2-3 hour asynchronous e-learning course where participants will learn to SOAR by exploring tensions around several relevant polarities:

1	Course Overview	Review course objectives and learn how to navigate the training platform.
2	Introduction to SOAR	Learn the basis for the SOAR framework including how to recognize polarities and deploy polarity thinking in individual, organizational, and JEDI+ contexts.
3	How to SOAR	Learn how to manage your mindset and how to Share intent, Own impact, Affirm alignment, and Restore relationships using the SOAR framework. Guidelines are provided for each step in addition to examples and interactive opportunities to engage with what you are learning.
4	SOAR with Polarity Assessments	Experience a core SOAR Polarity AssessmentTM and learn how to use SOAR Polarity Assessments to provide insights and help prioritize action steps as you move forward.
5	Apply the SOAR Model	Apply the SOAR framework in four scenarios as you expand your understanding with practical example applications.
6	Build a SOAR Culture	Learn six key best practices for creating a more inclusive culture using SOAR.
